Douglas earned his undergraduate degree from N.C. State University in 2007 and his J.D. from Campbell Law School in 2014. At Campbell, he completed the Business Track and received the Norman Adrian Wiggins Estate Planning Award for outstanding academic performance. He continues to draw on both his strong academic foundation and hands-on experience to provide clients with thoughtful, result-oriented guidance.
Outside of the office, Douglas values spending time with his wife, children, and a lively assortment of pets, embracing the chaos and joy that comes with a busy household. Whether exploring the outdoors, sharing meals together, or caring for their various animals, Douglas prioritizes family time and finds balance between his professional and personal life.

Katie King
Focusing her practice primarily on real estate closings, Katie provides her clients with the advice, knowledge, and understanding to ensure an exceptional experience. Katie began her legal career at the Brady Law Firm as an intern during law school, and it was during this time that she first discovered her love of helping clients achieve their goal of residential or commercial ownership. Katie guides her clients throughout the closing process, ensuring a stress-free experience and providing her clients with the knowledge they need to proceed with their closing in confidence.
Katie graduated from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Campbell Law Observer. As editor, she not only oversaw the selection and editing process for all article submissions, but Katie was also able to publish over a dozen articles of her own on topics ranging from the Led Zeppelin copyright dispute to cyber security law. In addition to writing, Katie discovered her knack for negotiating and received the Book Award in Advanced Negotiations for having the highest grade in her class. Katie further honed her negotiation skills by competing in—and winning—the Campbell Law School Negotiations Competition in 2018. Katie continues to use these skills every day to her clients’ advantage.
Katie was born and raised in the small fishing town of Calabash, North Carolina, and credits her love of water to her coastal roots. Katie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in history from North Carolina State University and has remained in Raleigh ever since. When not practicing law, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, and traveling around the world.

Angela Ray-Mancini
Angela began her career after graduating from Charleston School of Law in 2021. She devotes her practice primarily to residential real estate and is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
With a background in psychology, Angela values connecting with clients on a personal level and guiding them through one of life's biggest milestones-- buying or selling a home. She especially enjoys sitting at the closing table, hearing each client's story, and sharing in the excitement of their journey to a new home.

Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Hilary concentrates her practice on commercial real estate and business law. She began her legal career with the firm as an intern in 2020 and quickly knew she wanted to be part of the team long term. Hilary graduated from Campbell University School of Law in 2021. While at Campbell, she concentrated her studies on all things real estate, furthering her understanding and love of real estate law.
Hilary was raised in the Triangle area and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wake Forest University. When not in the office, Hilary enjoys cooking, weekend trips to the coast with her husband, Tom, and playing with her dogs, Tuna & Rio.

Prior to starting law school, Sinclaire worked in the North Carolina Senate serving as a legislative assistant, working with legislators, constituents, and lobbyists. Sinclaire is a proud alumna of Meredith College.
As a Raleigh native, Sinclaire is a strong proponent of the Triangle’s growth and serves on the Raleigh Convention Center and Performing Arts Commission. When she is not in the office, Sinclaire enjoys practicing yoga and cherishing time with her son, Homer.
