Douglas Boyette, II
Douglas concentrates his practice on commercial real estate, business law, and general business representation. He advises business owners through all stages—from start-ups to established enterprises—handling issues such as choice of entity, buy-sell agreements, contract negotiations, and other complex business matters. Douglas takes a direct approach, collaborating closely with clients to understand their goals and provide practical, tailored solutions that support long-term success. His experience allows him to navigate challenging legal issues efficiently while keeping clients informed and confident throughout the process.
Douglas earned his undergraduate degree from N.C. State University in 2007 and his J.D. from Campbell Law School in 2014. At Campbell, he completed the Business Track and received the Norman Adrian Wiggins Estate Planning Award for outstanding academic performance. He continues to draw on both his strong academic foundation and hands-on experience to provide clients with thoughtful, result-oriented guidance.
Outside of the office, Douglas values spending time with his wife, children, and a lively assortment of pets, embracing the chaos and joy that comes with a busy household. Whether exploring the outdoors, sharing meals together, or caring for their various animals, Douglas prioritizes family time and finds balance between his professional and personal life.
